No. Most states ask that you not wear felt bottom waders to eliminate the spread a harmful alge in the streams.

No felt bottoms on the pair I bought. The heel is a bit narrow. PRO- digs in well down a slippery mud embankment and doesn't hold mud like a felt bottom (invasive species, weightiness, etc...) CON- the smaller surface area of the heel gives less ankle support stability on rounded streambed rocks then a wide felt bottom but they tie up OK so...

Some companies still make them, but beware of where you wear them. Some locations/states have or will be no longer allowing them within their waters. Best to check first.

These boots run a little larger so it is advised to go to the store and try them on with a boot sock for a comfortable fit.

I wear 10 1/2 or 11 EEEE. So I ordered a size 12. They are almost too big. I would order for your size not bigger.

I wear a 9 went up to a 10 and found them a little big but not too bad with a couple pairs of heavy socks with my waders.

I would go down. I bought the same shoe size and with neoprene socks, the boots were a little loose.
