No. Typically you would get the arrow cut down to your specific need. Then the inserts are glued in. They do this for free with purchase.

No, you must install them yourself. It is a very easy process and wont take long or be expensive.

They will not be inserted when they arrive. You will have to get the arrow cut to length you need and have the inserts put in.

Yes, It works with all types of arrows. I shoot the Easton Flatline as well as Gold-tip 400's. Works great on both.
