No, you must install them yourself. It is a very easy process and wont take long or be expensive.

They will not be inserted when they arrive. You will have to get the arrow cut to length you need and have the inserts put in.

Yes, It works with all types of arrows. I shoot the Easton Flatline as well as Gold-tip 400's. Works great on both.
