Question

Are the screws in these swivels actually supposed to seat?

I bought a set of these, but the threaded pin will not seat and tighten in either of them. I thought maybe one was just stripped, but neither of them will. Installation seems a little flaky if the pin can just slide back and forth. Anyone have this experience?

I'm thinking of taking these back.
