They seem to be made of a rather thin and very stretchy nylon material. So far they seem to be wearing quite well; however, if stain and moisture resistance is a concern, I would recommend applying a spray-on treatment like the type you would for leather hunting boots or a backpack.

I would think they should. I put them in my 2004 Tundra which has pretty tall seats and one armrest, and they fit like a glove.
