Depends on your size. In XL the shirt is 30 inches from back of neck/center to bottom.

Yes. This should definitly work. I am also long waisted (though I have not measured). I usually order mens shirts because womens tend to be too short, but I love this. It sits perfectly at hip level.

You wil be happy with this shirt. It does shrink a little in lenth, but was too long before washing. i don't like short shirts, and i love this one.
