What is the difference in this and prowler 13?

It's the same boat just different name. The Prowler has now been moved to the Trident series of Kayaks. It's the same as the Prowler 13.

The Prowler 13 and the Endeavor are the same kayak. This model was renamed the Endeavor especially for Bass Pro. All specification are the same.

what is a tranducer compatible scrupper hole?

I know what a fishfinder transducer is, and I know what a scupper hole is, but how is a scupper compatible with a transducer?

Example only: the mount is easy to install and remove, in any scupper hole, requiring few tools and no messy adhesives common to existing kayak transducer mounts. Also, you might check online view videos for assistance.

Will this portage?

I'm thinking about this for the Boundary Waters. But I'm afraid it will be too difficult to portage. Anyone done this?

I personal have not used this kayak. However, if you have every Portage a 54 lb kayak this size then I would say you should not have a problem carrying this kayak. In addition, you might check with Ocean Kayak they may have other customer use this kayak for portage by calling 1-800-8-KAYAKS (800-852-9257). Thanks

No, this kayak will not come with a livewell. It will depend on the size of a livewell you might have room to add one to your kayak. Thanks
