Do you have this for women as well in smaller sizes?

Busy mom of 3 kids under 4 needs a great travel vest for hiking and camping to carry everything for all of us. I'm petite and of course would like it to fitted as I usually am carrying my youngest at times.

At this time, they do not have any vest smaller than the M-L: 40”-44” chest size.
