I recommend a Medium.
I am 6' and 230lbs and i got an XL which is supposed to accomodate 6'3".
The straps are plenty long enough where i can trim them off. The sizing on their website should help you.

I am 6'2" and 250 lbs. I have the 2XL and it is slightly larger than needed, but easily adjusted down to my size.

Plenty long, around 4ft.

It measures 56" which means it will work on trees up to about 16" in diameter. Installing a longer strap will have to be a must if your hunting in the "big woods".
