is this model considered a 3 season tent?

I need a roomy tent that can withstand fall mountain temps in the 30's at nite and also double for use in the islands where ventilation and dry shelter is a must... if not this model any ideas? 2-4 adults will use. Also must be able to carry it @ 100 yards.
Any info is much appreciated... leaving for mountains this weekend for a few weeks!

The Montana 6-person will take care of you, but it may be bigger than what you are looking for. And part of staying warm in a tent is how much open space there is for the body heat to spread out in. And the Montana 6 will be a little heavy for carrying 100 yards very many times.
You may want to look at the following tents that are three season tents like the Montana 6 -

If you do want to go for the roomier tent, don't let warmth scare you. The sleeping bag you use will have a bigger affect on how warm you stay, and you can always bring along a portable heater, like one of these two.

Side windows feature zippered flaps behind the mesh. Roof screening stays open for ventilation.
