Designed for outboard motors without power tilt. Adjustable arm fits shrouds of any size motor with hand holds. Cast aluminum body and legs with heavy-duty 1" diameter anodized aluminum tubing, includes protective cushions and hand grip. Heavy duty stainless steel arm will adjust to fit most motor shrouds (motor cover) up to 75HP that has hand holds. If your Merc has a hand grip at the top rear of the cover it should be no problem

Look at the curvature of the shell/cowling on your motor. If it's significantly greater than in the picture (& most are), you will need modification to fit your motor. It can be done, but it will cost you extra.
