Yes you can. Bass Pro sells the rod tip in three different sizes all in one package in the fishing section.

Are these one piece rods

I will not own a two piece rod except for crappie fishing . These sound great . I hope they are one piece .

The rod has about 2 foot of usable handle below the real seat. The handle is 2 foot 2 inches below the reel seat and 5 inches above the reel seat.
