These are 12 volt banks, I wouldn't recommend it. I have a 24 volt battery system going to my trolling motor but it is two batteries hooked up in series. Minn Kota installation instructions says to leave the connection wire in place and make the standard connections to the terminals with the charger. I would also bet this is a tractor battery of some sort. You may want to get an actual deep cycle for the system, they will last longer for sure.

The 15 amp charger has 3 banks with 5 amps each, where the 30 has 3 banks 10 amps each. The 30 amp will charge quicker than the 15. I usually leave mine on over night anyway so i jsut got the 15 and saved the extra cash for other accessories.

I would say get a two bank with your current set up. If you add another battery just for lights etc. you would need 3 bank if your troller is only 12v not 12/24.
