I can't answer your question directly, but I know that mine are not overly wide, so I would think you could find your corresponding mens size and be satisfied. Remember you socks and waders will add bulk.

Question
Will they fit over stocking foot waders
I have a pair of Breathable Stocking-Foot Waders. I would like to buy a pair of these to wear over my waders as I'm kayaking for stripers, etc. My waders are size 11. Will a size 11 Flats Boot fit or will I have to get a larger size? The wading shes I have were designed to fit so it was a no brainer but I don't wan't to order the wrong size and then have to return them.

Buying the same size that you wear in a wader boot is a good place to start.

If either one of the Bass Pro Shops stores in Virginia is near your home, trying the different sizes of this boot on to find the perfect fit would be your best bet, especially if you will ever use them by themselves out in the surf.
