These jackets are fairly easy to pack into a small bag. They take up about as much room as a sweatshirt.

Folds up quite small. Always a balance between all day wearability and the lightest jacket. If it is only for emergency there may be jackets that fold up smaller. I have one of these and love it, as I can use it down to around freezing.

decently quiet, but if you hunt requires a stalk close to animals it may not be perfect. If you are sitting or standing in a blind it will be just fine.

It's a lot quieter than most rain gear. I find that the Jacket seems to be quieter than the pants are.

No that is one downside of this jacket... I have lost shells and my maglite out of my pocket. However, if you have another pocket, this jacket is a great buy

No, not closed off. Although there is a flap over the pocket. Actually zipped pockets and a bit longer would make it the perfect rain jacket.

I tipically wear a large tall in everything that I wear. With this, I am glad I tried it on at the store. I needed a 2XL to fit comfotably. It fits really well but does not seem to be true to its size.
