These pliers are not titanium...they are titanium coated stainless steel. They will eventually corrode if not kept clean and lubricated, but that is easy to do. If used in salt water, rinse thoroughly with fresh water, dry completely, and spray with a silicone spray and they should last practically forever, or until you lose them.
