Does the Hummingbird 363c, or, 383c come with the ability to add Navionics Chips for Canada Lakes?

No you cant add Navionics Chips to the 383c or363c. The 383c and 363c also comes in to models an international model and a US model. The ones sold by bass pro are usually the US model. The US model has good maps of the us but not such great maps of the rest of the world.

No! The description states USA lakes and rivers. I have used the unit for several years and found that it has every lake I have been on, but I have not been to Canada with it. It will not take any input.

Yes, a transom-mount transducer is standard. You can exchange an unused transducer for another style for no charge.

YES, if you send the UNUSED, UNINSTALLED transom transducer to Humminbird, they will send you any transducer you want for no charge. I also exchanged mine for the puck transducer.
