Swivel size and line test

Barrel swivels are very compact relative to line test rating. This is a problem with heavy lines, since the thickness may make it difficult to tie knots. Will a 25 lb. test mono fit the #3 (100 lb rated). swivel using an improved double clinch knot?

I would think so, I use 80 and 100 pound mono on the 175 pound swivel and use an improved cinch with no problem.

sure, I use 75# swivel on 40#test leader.

Shouldn't be any problem at all . I was using them on both 50 lb. mono and 80 lb hollow braid , with no difficulty .
