The 2B is a 5'-6" 50-80 lb line class rod.
The 4B is a 6' 50-80 lb line class rod.

This difference is line weight of the specific rod.

I believe it's the number of bearings in each model. I could be wrong, but I think that's correct.

Which Handle, A or B

I am interested in the OM563080B. It shows a handle A or B but does not seem to specify which handle this rod will have...the picture for shows A but I was wondering if the B in the model# specifies the handle type. Can you please clarify?
