Any boots will work with these waders. There is no specific boot esspecially for this set from the white river line of products.

Yes you can get fitted up. Go into bass pro shops and the footwear team can get you fitted up.

Wait it out till the end of the season. usually all waders come on sale eventually. Sorry can't answer the second part to your question... i would assume because bass pro shops carries more mens items then they do womens.
