Customer Questions & Answers for
Clam Corporation Arctic Warrior™ Ice Fishing Tip-Up Rod Holder

Unlike normal tip ups, the Arctic Warrior tips-down when a fish tugs. When the flag goes up, grab your rod and reel, set the hook and fight the fish. No hand over hand. No frozen fingers. No heavy braided line strewn across the ice and tangled in knots. It's just you, the rod, the reel and the fish. Excellent as a secondary line for walleyes, northern pike, lake trout and jumbo perch. Solid steel construction.

It's possible, but you could just anchor the Arctic Warrior in the snow. This combined with the rod and reel weight should hold the rod holder in its place.
