If you buy the Dogtra for only one dog can you add a second one later on?

No, you can not add an additional collar to the 1 dog unit. You will want to get the (MODEL 2502) 2 collar unit, item number 38-868-843-00

im not sure how many collars you can add but i know you can buy and add to it but i know we got like five or six collars per system

No, I called and asked Dogtra the same thing. If you want the option to add collars to an existing system, I would suggest going with Trittonics.

I would ask the mfg. however, we take no chances and take it off. Electricity and water is not a good mix
