The unit has it own little panel, Wood Grain, 3" H X L 4 1/2". I had to trim the top and bottom edge with sand paper to get a good fit. You can take the Gauge & Switch out of the panel and use a drill bit and a hole saw to mount them in our panel. But if you go this route make sure you get the Switch right and use a lable maker to lable #1 & #2 batteries on your Switch.
